Peace and tranquility describes this tropical home overlooking Salt Lake with a private lighted fishing pier. In the main home located on the second story, there are two bedrooms: master with king bed and private bathroom with a shower and the second bedroom with a queen bed with the second bath just outside the bedroom door in the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and all the amenities of home. The living area has a comfortable futon couch to sleep two more people. There is also an upstairs deck fully furnished for lounging and a gas grill to grill your catch of the day. On the ground floor is another living area with a mini kitchen, living area with a futon, and with a divider between the living to provide privacy, is a queen bed Right outside there is a small furnished deck to watch the sun rise.
