This darling two bedroom and two bath cottage is from the Hunt Castle Cottage Collection with its own steep private boat ramp sitting on two lots. Walk up on the shaded cool front porch and into the quaint kitchen equipped with everything, including a washer & dryer, and a dishwasher. Then step into the living room with two comfortable couches to sit on while watching cable TV with one couch being a queen sleeper sofa. Off of the living room are the master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Walk outside on the back porch for a beautiful view of the canal, which leads to Salt Lake, which leads to Copano Bay. You will also view from the back porch your own private fishing dock and cleaning station and a grill to cook your catch of the day. Walk around the back and follow the path to a door at the back of the garage to another private separate bedroom with a bunk bed that has a double bed on bottom and a twin on top & two twin beds. This bedroom has cable TV, small refrigerator, microwave and a full private bath. CLEANING FEE: 2p:$75., 4p:$85., 6p:$95., 8p: $105., 9p: $110.
