Downstairs there is a full size day bed and a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top. There is also a full bathroom with a shower, kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator and microwave oven, cable TV, and DVD/VCR. And if you come home from a day at the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower. And to top this home off, there is a grill and a half court basketball area!
